On your way to Murchison falls national park, you will be walking the forests, meeting the communities and spending time with the chimps in Budongo forest. From Kampala, spend your first night with the community traditional huts at Boomu womens campsite. Participate in selected cultural activities or touring the village to share their way of life. Boomu campsite is located 500 m before the access gate to Kaniyo pabidi, a home to chimpanzees and other primates, birds, butterflies and a rich plants life. Here you will participate in forest walks as you look for primates, mammals and other wildlife common in this forest.
At the top of the Murchison falls you will witness a crevasse of 8 meter gorge swallowing the entire river Nile. View the Nile from different angles to satisfy your love for nature. The next day is reserved for a safari in which you will be trailing the game studying animal spoors. Common sight is Uganda Kob, Giraffe, Elephant, Lion, Harte beest, Oribi or other savannah and woodland birds. After the game drive, take the chance to cruise on the river Nile to see the animals at close range in a paradise of the Crocodiles and Hippo.
